Betjee Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

1.General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Betjee platform, including the website at betjee.pw, the Betjee mobile application available for Android and iOS, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo and the VIP programme (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account on Betjee, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Betjee. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Betjee regarding your use of the Platform. Any prior understandings, representations or warranties not contained in these Terms are excluded to the fullest extent permitted.

Betjee reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

2.Eligibility

To register and use Betjee you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law.
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such use is explicitly prohibited.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor or director of Betjee, or an immediate family member of any such person.

Betjee may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that cannot verify the player is aged 18 or over. Any winnings accrued during a period of unverified underage use may be voided and will not be paid out.

3.Your Account

Each player may hold only one registered account on Betjee. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be closed. Any funds in a duplicate account will be transferred to the original account after deducting any bonuses claimed via the duplicate account. In cases of deliberate duplication to claim multiple bonuses, both accounts may be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and updating your details if they change. Betjee may suspend or close your account if it finds that the information provided is false, misleading or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity conducted via your account is your responsibility, including any bets placed, deposits made or withdrawals requested by a third party who has gained access using your credentials. Betjee will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Betjee reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. This process, commonly known as KYC (Know Your Customer), may require you to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Verification requests will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on Betjee are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast (instant bank transfer), standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available from time to time.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the transaction process. Betjee does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside Betjee's control.

Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and unauthorised fund transfers. If your original payment method is no longer available, contact support before requesting a withdrawal.

Betjee processes withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours under normal circumstances. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing time and may take additional business days for bank transfers. Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not completed identity verification or if there is a pending bonus wagering requirement on your balance.

Deposits made to Betjee are final. Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated through your bank or payment provider — other than in genuine cases of fraud — may result in account suspension and the recovery of any funds paid out against that deposit. 5.Bonuses and Promotions

Betjee offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bingo cards, cashback offers and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and expiry dates — which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is live.

Unless stated otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money is used first when placing bets, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted into withdrawable funds. The wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings not yet meeting wagering requirements will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly allows stacking.
• Betjee reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to existing obligations to players who have already claimed the offer in good faith.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk matched bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

6.Sports Betting Rules

Betjee's sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including Cricket (Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, Test series, ODI bilateral series and ICC tournaments), Football, Esports and other sports. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change after placement — your bet is locked at the odds shown when you confirmed it.

Betjee uses a third-party data provider for live scores, match results and settlement. Settlement is based on official competition results as verified by the relevant governing body. For cricket markets, results are settled according to the official scorecards published by the relevant cricket board (e.g., PCB for domestic PSL and Pakistan international fixtures).

Betjee reserves the right to void individual bets or entire markets in the following circumstances:

• A match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• A clear data or pricing error was present at the time the bet was accepted.
• There is evidence of irregular or suspicious betting activity associated with the market.
• An in-play bet was placed after the relevant event had already occurred, due to a data feed delay.

In-play (live) betting markets are offered during matches where technically possible. Betjee cannot guarantee the availability of in-play markets for every fixture. Bets placed in-play are subject to a brief acceptance delay during which odds may be suspended. Any bets placed after the relevant in-play event has concluded will be voided.

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and on the relevant market page. Betjee reserves the right to limit stakes on any market for any individual player without providing a specific reason.

7.Casino and Bingo Games

Casino games available on Betjee — including live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and others) and slots — use either certified RNG technology for digital games or live human dealers for table games streamed in real time. Game outcomes are determined by the relevant technology at the moment of play and cannot be altered after the fact.

Game results are final once a round is settled. Betjee will not reverse a game outcome based on a player's disagreement with the result, provided the game functioned correctly. If you believe a game has malfunctioned, report it to support immediately with details of the game, time, round ID and the outcome you believe was incorrect. Betjee will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

In the event of a network disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed using the game's internal state at the time of disconnection. For live dealer games, this means the dealer will complete the hand or spin. For RNG games, the round result will be finalised and credited or deducted from your balance when your connection is restored.

Bingo games are operated in designated rooms with fixed card prices in PKR, fixed ball draw schedules and published prize structures. Jackpot prizes in the daily jackpot room are guaranteed — meaning a winner will be determined within the session regardless of the number of active players. 8.VIP Programme

The Betjee VIP Programme rewards regular players with points earned through real-money wagering on sports, casino games and bingo. Points accumulate over a rolling period and determine your VIP tier. The four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — each carry progressively better benefits including enhanced withdrawal processing, higher bonus percentages, dedicated support and access to exclusive promotions.

VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. If your wagering activity falls below the threshold required to maintain your current tier, you may be moved to a lower tier. Betjee will notify you before any tier downgrade takes effect. VIP points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for PKR directly — they serve solely as a mechanism for determining tier status and unlocking tier benefits.

Betjee reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the VIP Programme at any time. Existing tier benefits will be honoured for a reasonable transition period if the programme is discontinued.

9.Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Betjee platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and possible legal action where applicable:

• Creating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or data feed errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported to support and may be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any activity that manipulates the outcome of a sporting event.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Betjee support staff or other players in any communication channel.

10.Privacy and Data

Betjee collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal obligations. Betjee does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (including JazzCash and Easypaisa integration partners), identity verification providers and relevant authorities where legally required.

11.Responsible Gaming

Betjee is committed to supporting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits on their spending and time before they start playing.

12.Limitation of Liability

Betjee provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from delays. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect availability.

Betjee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Loss of profits, data or opportunity resulting from your use of the Platform.
• Any decisions you make based on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional materials.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits Betjee's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law. In all other cases, Betjee's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

13.Changes to These Terms

Betjee may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, we will send a notification to the email address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

If you disagree with any change to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
