Logging In from a Browser
The quickest way to access your Betjee account is through a browser on your phone or desktop. Navigate to betjee.pw, click Login in the top navigation, enter your registered email address or Pakistan mobile number, then your password. If your credentials are correct, you'll land on your account dashboard within seconds — no waiting, no loading screens.
If you're using a shared or public device, make sure you untick the "keep me logged in" option before entering your details. This prevents your session from staying open after you close the browser, which protects your account from anyone else who might use the same device.
Logging In via the Betjee App
The Betjee app uses the same login credentials as the website — there is no separate app account. Once you've downloaded and installed the app on your Android or iOS device, open it and tap the Login button. Enter the same email or mobile number and password you registered with, and you're in. Your PKR balance, active bonuses and bet history all carry over automatically from the web version.
The app stores your login session securely, so you typically only need to log in once on a trusted device. If you clear the app's cache or uninstall and reinstall, you'll be prompted to log in again — which is normal and expected behaviour.
Forgotten Your Password?
It happens to everyone. If you can't remember your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen. You'll be asked to enter your registered email address or Pakistan mobile number. Betjee will send a password reset link to your email or an OTP to your mobile number within a minute or two.
If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder first — it sometimes ends up there depending on your email provider's filters. Still nothing after five minutes? Contact live chat support and they'll assist you directly. Make sure you have access to the email address or mobile number you registered with, as these are the only verification methods available.
Can't Access Your Registered Email or Mobile Number?
If you've lost access to the email address or Pakistan mobile number linked to your account, account recovery takes a little longer but is still possible. You'll need to contact Betjee's live support team and provide enough account details to confirm your identity — typically your full name, date of birth and the payment method you used for deposits. The support team will guide you through the process. For security reasons, this verification cannot be skipped.
Account Temporarily Locked?
Betjee's security system may temporarily lock your account after several consecutive failed login attempts — this is a standard protection against unauthorised access. If this happens, wait 15–30 minutes before trying again, or use the password reset option to set a new password and regain access immediately. If the account remains locked after a reset attempt, reach out to live support with your registered details and they'll unlock it manually after verification.
Keeping Your Login Secure
Your Betjee account holds your PKR balance, personal details and transaction history — it's worth protecting properly. A few habits that make a real difference:
- Use a password that is unique to Betjee — don't reuse passwords from other apps or websites.
- Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi networks without a VPN; these connections can be monitored by others on the same network.
- Never share your password with anyone, including friends or family members who want to place a bet.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings if available — it adds a second verification step that blocks unauthorised logins even if someone has your password.
- If you receive any suspicious messages claiming to be from Betjee and asking for your login details, do not respond — Betjee staff will never ask for your password through chat, email or SMS.
